Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 14 June 2026
By using TinyStepper (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What TinyStepper is
TinyStepper is an informational resource offering toddler activity ideas, behaviour guidance, and developmental information for parents and carers. The library is free to browse. We also offer optional accounts and a paid Premium subscription with added features, described below.
Not professional advice
The content on TinyStepper is for general information only. It is not medical, therapeutic, educational, or professional advice. In particular:
- Activity suggestions are starting points, not prescriptions. Always supervise your child and use your judgement about what is safe and appropriate.
- Behaviour and development content is based on published research and expert guidance, but every child is different. It does not replace advice from a GP, health visitor, paediatrician, speech and language therapist, or other qualified professional.
- The SEND support section provides general information aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace professional assessment.
If you have concerns about your child’s health, development, or behaviour, please consult a qualified professional.
Using the site
You agree to use TinyStepper for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may:
- Browse, read, and share links to any page
- Print or save activity pages for personal or family use
You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content, illustrations, or design without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or index the site beyond what search engines do in the normal course of operation
- Misrepresent TinyStepper content as your own or as professional advice
Intellectual property
All content, illustrations, design, and code on TinyStepper are owned by or licensed to TinyStepper. This includes activity descriptions, editorial copy, hand-drawn illustrations, and the TinyStepper brand.
Accuracy and availability
We make every effort to keep the information on TinyStepper accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times. Downtime may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Third-party links
TinyStepper links to external resources including research papers, NHS guidance, and other websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyStepper and its operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Accounts and households
You can create a free account to save favourites across devices, add a profile for each child, and keep a private record of activities you’ve tried. You may also invite other carers to share a household.
- You must give an accurate email address, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be 18 or over and the child’s parent or carer to create an account, which you confirm when you sign up. Children do not use TinyStepper and do not hold accounts; any child profile you add is information you provide as that child’s parent or carer.
- When you invite someone to your household, they can see the household’s shared favourites, children’s profiles, and activity history. Only invite people you are happy to share that with. Invitations expire after 7 days.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are used abusively, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your account data, including any children’s profiles and activity history.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is an optional paid subscription that adds a personalised weekly plan, a daily activity idea, progress tracking, and sharing across your household. The free library remains free whether or not you subscribe.
- Free trial. We may offer a free trial (currently 14 days, no card required), limited to one per household. If you don’t choose a paid plan, the trial simply ends and you stay on the free tier — you are not charged.
- Plans and pricing. Current plans and prices are shown on our Premium page before you pay. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is limited in number and, once taken, applies to that membership for as long as it stays active.
- Payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge for your chosen plan (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan. We will tell you in advance of any price change that affects you.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account. Your Premium features continue until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you are not charged again. Your account and saved data remain available to you on the free tier.
- Refunds and cancellation rights.Where you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase (for example, the 14-day cancellation right for consumers), that right applies. Because Premium gives immediate access to digital content, by starting your subscription you agree we may begin providing it straight away. Beyond your statutory rights, payments are generally non-refundable, but if something has gone wrong, email us — we’ll deal with it fairly.
Not professional or financial advice
Personalised weekly plans and daily suggestions are generated from the age and preferences you provide, to help you choose activities. They are suggestions only, on the same informational basis as the rest of the site (see “Not professional advice” above), and do not replace your own judgement or professional advice.
Privacy
Your use of TinyStepper is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data, including for accounts, children’s profiles, and subscriptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. The “last updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
